Before loading more tickets, you must log in to MembershipWorks, open this concert in the Events list, and click the "Export CSV" button. After the export, click the Choose File button below and select the file you downloaded.

For complete results, please use this feature after the MembershipWorks Registration ends date and time has passed and all the tickets hvae been uploaded from MembershipWorks. You can close this window and click the Load tickets button to load any remaining purchases.

This application is designed to be used by one or more door staff to check peopl in to a concert.

The list contains a line for each purchaser of tickets, including the purchaser last name and first name, the number of tickets purchased and a dropdown mneu to select how many people are checking in; the dropdown menu will not be displayed if the number of tickets purchased is 1. If the ticket purchaser is a member, a gold star will appear to the right of their name.

Finding the person checking in

The "Search attendees" field can be used to locate the person checking in instead of scrolling through the list. As you type into it, the list will be narrowed down to names that include what you have typed. Tap the X at the right of the search field to clear it and show all names.

Check everyone in

If everyone is checking in together, tap the attendee's name. The dropdown menu on the right will be replaced by a green chackmark. If you check everyone in by mistake, click the green checkmark to remove it and display the dropdown menu again.

Check some people in

If not all people in the party are checking in, tap the drowdown menu on the right and select the number of peopl who are checking in. When the remaining people check in, you can either use the dropdown menu to select the total number of tickets purchased, or tap the ticket pruchaser's name. In either case, the dropdown menu will be replaced by a green checkmark.

Updating the list

Every time you tap a puchaser name or select the number of people checking in from the dropdown menu, the list is updated to include the activity from other users of the check in app and the counts at the top of the page.

The counts

The counts above the list show the number of tickets that have been check in and the total ticket sales, and the number of purchases checked in and the total number of purchases.

Other functions

Click the "Load more" button to load more ticket purchases from a MembershipWorks export file

Click the "Full price" button to get a list of ticket purchases after the discount price has expired.
